Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for a bilingual apartment porter for a local apartment in the Red Bird/Duncanville area.
Job Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas, grounds, and sometimes individual apartments
- Assist with trash removal and disposal
- Help with keeping pool clean and treated
- Assist with grounds maintenance including landscaping, groundskeeping, removing litter, etc.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents by doing make ready tasks (cleaning, painting, minor repairs, etc.)
- Provide and represent apartment complex with top notch customer service
Job Requirements:
- Prior Apartment maintenance and porter experience
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Pool care certified
- Prior make ready and grounds keeping experience
- Mechanically inclined is a plus
Pay: $16+/hr
Day shift, Monday through Friday
