Job Full Description
Express Employment is looking for a Team Lead for a local recycling company in the Southwest Dallas area.
Job Duties include:
- Lead a 10-15 person team in shipping/receiving and sorting departments
- Use RF Scanners to properly catalog and distribute shipments both coming in and going out.
- Assist in improving the business and the production amounts going out.
Job Requirements:
- Must have previous team lead experience or prior warehouse leadership experience.
- Must have experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Must have previous shipping and receiving experience
- Must have RF Scanner experience.
- Must have good written and verbal skills
- Must be able to operate a computer
