• Perform complete teardown, inspection, and rebuilding of automotive engines
• Diagnose mechanical issues and ensure rebuilt engines meet performance standards
• Use precision tools and measurements to maintain manufacturer specifications
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with shop leadership and team to meet production goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience rebuilding automotive engines required
• Minimum 5 years of prior service with one employer preferred
• Must have own complete professional mechanic toolkit
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
