Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential units and common areas
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apartment or residential maintenance required
- Strong knowledge of general repairs, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
