Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our client’s pharmacy operations team in Lewisville, TX. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate processing of pharmacy orders, maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards, and supporting warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately process, pack, and prepare pharmacy orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Receiving & Logistics: Assist in receiving incoming products and supplies. Unload trucks using equipment such as stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks (training and licensing provided on site).
- Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in both the warehouse and packing areas.
- Documentation & Systems: Use basic computer systems to track shipments, update records, and manage inventory.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and routine processes
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry, email, inventory systems)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Physical ability to lift and move packages under 25lbs and operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
