Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Plumbing Dispatcher for a client in Denton, TX. This individual will act as the hub between customers, plumbing technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient and high-quality service. You’ll be responsible for receiving service requests, scheduling jobs, assigning technicians, tracking job progress, and maintaining communication among all parties. Good organizational skills and excellent customer service are essential.
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming service and dispatch calls from customers, coordinating plumbing service requests and emergencies.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch plumbing technicians to jobs, optimizing routes and technician workload.
- Track job progress in real time; communicate delays, issues, or changes with customers
- Enter and maintain accurate data in dispatch and service management software
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally—follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with generating work orders, verifying job completion, customer invoicing data, and technician reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED; additional training or coursework in customer service, logistics, or related field preferred.
- Prior dispatch experience highly desirable; experience in a plumbing or service‐oriented field is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with dispatch/service management software, GPS/routing tools, and basic MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work a full schedule; may need flexibility for after‐hours/emergency work or on-call shifts.
