Job Details

• Associates’/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Communication skills – written and verbal

• Comfortable working in a high-energy, results focused environment

Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and specifications

• Support and educate staff on 5S principles and continuous improvement

• Compliant with ISO certification requirements, health, and safety standards

• Maintain and enhance databases for customer complaints, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and quality metrics

• Record, analyze, and report statistical data to identify trends and drive performance improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to meet quality requirements and resolve issues

• Assist in developing training programs and maintaining accurate quality-related documentation.

• Manage calibration files, RMA data, PPAPs, and revision level changes

• Adhere to safety protocols, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Physical Demands

• Regularly talking, hearing, standing, walking, and sitting

• Occasionally stooping, kneeling, or bending

• Must frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs, occasionally up to 25 lbs
