We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and motivational Fitness Trainer to lead safe, effective, and fun group training sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, thrives in a team environment, and can confidently coach clients of all fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 30-minute group fitness sessions using our proven circuit-style training format.
- Demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide modifications as needed.
- Motivate and engage members to improve performance and achieve their goals.
- Arrive early to set up the workout space and ensure smooth class transitions.
- Clean and reset the gym area after each session.
- Build positive relationships with members to promote retention and community.
- Represent the gym culture and uphold our commitment to excellence and member results.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in group fitness, personal training, or a related field preferred.
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and team player mentality.
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
