Human Resources Generalist - $26.44/HOUR BOE
A company in West El Paso needs a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing key human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Given the nature of our business, we strongly prefer someone with healthcare or medical billing industry experience who understands the specific challenges of working with clinical and administrative staff.
Some of the responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.
· Maintain and update employee records and ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
· Support performance evaluation processes and assist with disciplinary documentation.
· Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
· Coordinate payroll processing and assist with benefits administration (as applicable).
· Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
· Provide general administrative support to leadership regarding HR matters.
