Detail Specialist Lead - $15.00/HOUR BOE
A company in West El Paso needs a Detail Specialist Lead. The Detail Specialist Lead is responsible for overseeing and enhancing vehicle detailing operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role involves not only meticulous cleaning and restoration but also leading a team of detailers to deliver exceptional service.
The key responsibilities for the Detail Specialist Lead include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leading a team in vehicle cleaning and detailing according to company standards.
- Developing best practices for efficiency.
- Conducting quality control inspections.
- Training new detailers.
- Managing supplies, collaborating with management on improvements, and handling customer inquiries.
*Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a drug test and background check.*
