Job Full Description
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Inside Sales Representative with mechanical aptitude to support the design, measurement, and installation assessment of custom roof brackets. This bilingual (English/Spanish) role involves field visits to job sites to take precise measurements, assess roof conditions, and support accurate bracket fabrication. The ideal candidate is confident working at heights, can read and use measuring tools, and communicates effectively with customers, contractors, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit job sites to inspect roofs and determine bracket requirements

Take accurate field measurements using tape measures, levels, and other measuring instruments

Assess roofing materials and conditions to determine installation feasibility and best practices

Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and in-house fabrication team in both English and Spanish

Document site data, sketches, photos, and recommendations using provided tools or apps
-
Work safely at heights while following all OSHA and company safety protocols

Collaborate with production team to ensure accurate fabrication of custom roof brackets

Provide occasional support for bracket installation guidance, if needed
Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand structural needs

Ability to read and interpret measuring instruments and basic technical drawings

Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Comfortable and experienced working on rooftops and at heights

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay: DOE $24/HR+
