Qualifications:

• Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – Required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment industries
• Proficient in QuickBooks—Required
• Experience using Extensiv (or a similar warehouse management system)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
• Support monthly and annual financial close processes
• Prepare reports for internal management use
• Communicate effectively with team members and vendors in both English and Spanish
