Job Full Description
We’re looking for a Part-Time Venue Coordinator to help keep our events running smoothly and our clients happy. If you're highly organized, calm under pressure, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves (or deal with the occasional curveball), we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-of event operations at our venue

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff during events

Ensure the venue is set up and running according to event plans

Troubleshoot any issues that come up during events

Keep things professional, even when things get stressful
- Liaison with event security personnel.
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with a flexible, sometimes unpredictable schedule

Able to stay cool and professional under pressure (a thick skin is a must!)

Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
-
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
