Job Overview
3-way matching: enter in bills daily
Pull and pay invoices weekly
Post ACH/EFT/Wire payments in Oracle Netsuite
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Process accounts payable payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, and posting in Oracle Netsuite
Skills
Self-Starter: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be punctual and have good organization
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Proven working experience in AR/AP required
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations
Hands-on experience in Oracle Netsuite
Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
