PORTER/MAINTENANCE POSITIONS ARE ALL CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE.

Job responsibilities
Skillset: Basic portering work with light maintenance (painting, light bulbs, air filters, light carpentry (drills, saw, etc to do boat dock repairs).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: depending on skillset: 18-23/hr.
