The Warehouse/Delivery Driver is responsible for the accurate, safe, and efficient handling of products in the warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to customers. This role involves loading and unloading materials, organizing warehouse inventory, and operating company vehicles to complete deliveries in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks.
Delivery Duties:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers or job sites.
- Verify delivery information and obtain proper documentation (signatures, receipts, etc.).
- Load and secure goods to prevent damage during transport.
- Follow delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues to dispatch or management.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in both warehouse and delivery environments.
- May require overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on delivery schedules.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and carry heavy materials for extended periods.
- Must be able to safely operate a delivery vehicle and warehouse equipment.
We typically pay warehouse / driver $18-19 per hour, if they are hired on later full time we pay 100% of employee health insurance, we offer bonus often based on company sales, we offer 2 weeks of PTO and 5 paid standard national holidays
