• Follow all safety, environmental, quality and 5S rules and regulations

• Inspect/Evaluate in process and final parts/materials using visual, dimensional methods and standards.
|
• Apply requirements of all applicable procedures, process plans, and standards during inspection evaluations using visual, dimensional methods and standards.
|
• Document/Record all inspection/evaluation results using visual, dimensional methods and standards on company documentation forms/records.
|
• Tag and/or segregate non-conforming materials as discovered, generate required non-conforming reports as necessary.
|
• Review and evaluate certifications parts/services for compliance to applicable specifications purchase order requirements and/or established standards.
|
• Maintain and enforce material traceability through the use of material stamping and marking.
|
• Perform Destructive Testing (with limited supervision) per established procedures and specifications.
|
• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (with limited supervision) per established procedures and specifications for in-process inspection.
|
• Interact with customer inspections or auditors as required.
|
• Maintain the Integrity of the quality control documentation system.
|
• Conduct Routine Calibration for tools, instruments and standards.
|
• Process Material Stock Requests per established procedures.
|
• Maintain attention to detail and completion of assigned tasks.
|
• Communicate all ideas for improvements in processes or tooling to the Quality Manager or Area Manager.
|
• Perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner
|
• Responsible for maintaining housekeeping (5S), equipment maintenance, and customer relations.
|
• Ability to operate overhead crane, jibs, forklifts, trucks and other equipment necessary in the movement of materials to perform this job.
