Quality Assistant Operator May 5, 2026

Quality Assistant Operator: Perform length , width and diagonal checks, perform pallet height checks, perform density calculations, reviews overall pallet appearance and applies strict quality guidelines, assists with heat shrinking bags over pallets of board, prints and places pallet label on pallets of finished board,
inputs quality data into dry ends computer quality tests and checks, communicates quality information to mixer operator, operates board stacker, adjusts panel view, troubleshoots stacker and makes appropriate changes, operates lift truck, sweeps and picks up trash, etc.
Operates fork lift to remove pallets of board from stacker exit rollers, places pallets on/off of burn station, drives finished pallets to warehouse and stacks pallets, places empty pallets into stacker, shrink wraps pallets of board, assists with troubleshooting stacker and making positive corrective action, fills propane tanks for lift truck and burn station, retrieves empty pallets from outside, retrieves rolls of bags and places them in unwind stand, takes boxes of board labels to saw assistant operator, sweeps and picks up trash.
