Job Full Description
As a Welder you will be responsible for welding, positioning, aligning and fitting miscellaneous steel components according to technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring that they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Basic Metalworking Skills: • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic metalworking machinery. • Knowledge of shop machines and sand tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. • Basic understanding of fabrication processes such as cutting, grinding, and drilling.
Welder 2: • D1.1 certified flux core and hard wire • Advanced knowledge of weld symbols • Able to troubleshoot welding equipment and perform minor repairs • Correct unsatisfactory welds
