Position Summary:
The Inventory Associate plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. This role is essential to supporting the daily operations and contributing to a seamless supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments of products.

Accurately record stock quantities in inventory management systems.

Organize and maintain stock in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and cleanliness.

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Assist with restocking shelves and preparing items for shipment or retail display.

Monitor product freshness and report damaged or expired items.

Communicate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock levels and order needs.

Follow safety guidelines and company policies in handling inventory and equipment.

Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic math and computer literacy (Excel, inventory software, scanners).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Experience in food handling or familiarity with spices and dry goods is a plus.

Bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Hindi/Urdu/Tamil/etc.) are a plus but not required.
