Job Title: Equipment Maintenance & Refurbishing Technician
Location: Katy, TX
Pay Rate: $20 Max
Schedule: 40 hours 6AM to 2:30pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance & Refurbishing Technician to support equipment operations through troubleshooting, maintenance, and refurbishment of both electrical and non-electrical machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and non-electrical equipment as required.
- Perform operational checks and sanitation on all equipment.
- Sanitize and package units in compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and organized work, warehouse, and loading areas.
- Participate in daily inventory activities, including cycle counts.
Requirements:
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills desired.
- Ability to safely use proper tools as provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds safely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Steel toe shoes are required.
