Job Title: Machine Operator I (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Missouri City, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: 12–14 hour shifts, 3–4 days per week (weekends may be required)

About the Opportunity:
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Machine Operator I candidates for a leading food manufacturing facility in Missouri City, TX. This role is ideal for individuals with production or machine operation experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate case packers and assist with packaging line operations

Requisition materials and operate case erectors, packers, and sealers
-
Hand pack and stack bagged product while ensuring proper packaging integrity
-
Weigh, scale, and top off bags as needed to meet quality standards
-
Monitor equipment and report or assist with minor troubleshooting as needed
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
-
Follow all company safety procedures and client-specific requirements

Ensure consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
-
Basic English communication skills required
-
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment is a plus

Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
-
Ability to stand for extended periods (12–14 hour shifts)

Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions (from cold to hot environments)
