Job Title: Valve Assembly Technician (Temporary)
Location: Stafford, TX
Pay: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
Schedule: Monday Through Friday | 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. | OT possible
Job Summary:
We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to assist temporarily in our valve shop. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling automated valve packages and be comfortable using mechanical and hand tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble automated valve packages
- Perform spring changes on pneumatic actuators
- Bend tubing and perform basic calibrations
- Calibrate valve positioners and set limit switches
- Assemble valve actuator components using mounting brackets
- Use a variety of mechanical tools and hand tools
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards during assembly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated valve systems or mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and follow basic mechanical diagrams or instructions
- Familiarity with pneumatic actuator systems
- Warehouse experience is a plus
