Job Summary
We are seeking 4 dedicated Auction Lot Drivers to join our dynamic team, responsible for efficiently transporting vehicles within the auction lot and ensuring smooth operations during auction events. This role requires a professional with excellent driving skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining an organized, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for clients, staff, and visitors alike.
Responsibilities
- Safely maneuver vehicles around the auction lot and adhering to all parking regulations specific to the location.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, ensuring each vehicle is properly positioned and ready for auction.
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, answering questions, and guiding them through the lot as needed.
- Support dealership or auction staff with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups, maintaining clear communication throughout each process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including proper placement of vehicles and ensuring clear pathways.
- Document vehicle movements and assist with inventory management using retail math skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle flow and address any issues promptly.
- Uphold safety standards at all times by following established procedures and reporting hazards immediately.
Requirements:
- Lots of walking is involved and working in all types of weather.
- This job requires a valid driver's license.
