Job Full Description
A plastic bag manufacturer located in Longview, Tx has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Tech. This position is 7pm-7am on a 3 on/2 off rotating shift. Starting pay is $17-$19.00 per hour
Responsibilities include:
• Randomly selecting production samples and samples from suppliers to analyze for compliance purposes. Communicate analysis to appropriate personnel and maintain the Quality system.
• Will be involved with safety audits of equipment and personnel.
• Must have a basic understanding of computers and lab equipment, ensure QA requirements are met, and follow the day-to-day operations instructed by management.
• Support and initiate improvement initiatives.
• Complete all required tracking and inspection checklists.
