Job Full Description
Responsibilities:
Helping Customers: Be the friendly face and go-to expert, assisting customers with their questions and setting and confirming appointments in the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager).
Problem-Solving: Tackle customer issues and complaints, finding creative solutions that leave them smiling.
Tech Savviness: Stay up to date on the latest and greatest home improvement technology and services offered by All Seasons Window and Door.
Teamwork and Coordination: Collaborate with our sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless flow of communication and meet customer needs.
Record Keeping: Keep track of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using our CRM software.
Customer Feedback: Gather valuable feedback and suggestions from customers, passing them along to the right teams to help us continuously improve our products and services.
Customer Communication: Set and confirm appointments within 24 hours of appointment. Track and follow up on all previously run sales appointments.
Home Shows and Festivals: Must be available to assist with occasional home shows and festivals. Some overnight travel and weekend work is required.
