Job Full Description
Express Employment of Longview is now hiring an Apartment Makeready for an apartment community located in Hallsville, TX. The hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and the starting pay is $16-$17 depending on experience.
Job duties include:
• Groundskeeping-picking up all trash
• Painting, and minor repairs to upkeep all apartments such as drywall repairs, appliance repairs and installation of new fixtures
• HVAC experience would be a plus
