Position Details
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday (full‑time)
- Part‑time opportunities available
- Location: Longview, TX

Key Responsibilities: Unit Preparation
- Conduct post‑move‑out inspections
- Complete make‑ready checklists
- Perform trash‑outs and basic cleaning
Repairs & Maintenance
- Patch and paint walls
- Replace ceiling fans, blinds, and minor fixtures
- Perform small plumbing and hardware repairs
Appliance & Fixture Work
- Test and ensure appliances are functional
- Replace or remove appliances as needed
- Change locks for new residents
Groundskeeping
- Maintain cleanliness of breezeways and common areas
- Pick up trash around the property
- Assist with pressure washing and general upkeep
What Makes a Great Candidate
- Basic repair skills (painting, patching, minor plumbing, fixture replacement)
- Ability to follow checklists and work independently
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or general labor is a plus
