Job Title: Universal Banker
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Universal Banker. This role is responsible for handling teller transactions, opening new accounts, and promoting bank products and services while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open new accounts and assist customers with selecting appropriate services
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account issues
- Order checks and debit cards, assist with account balancing, and process wires
- Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Assist with general office duties such as filing and administrative support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Teller and/or banking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good math and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
