We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary File Clerk to assist with organizing and transferring files from filing cabinets into storage boxes.
Responsibilities
- Remove files from filing cabinets and place them into designated file boxes.
- Track and document files in Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Keep files organized and maintain accuracy throughout the process.
Requirements
- Must have a personal laptop with Microsoft Excel available for use.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks accurately.
