Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Job Description
A local client in Longview has an immediate opening for a dependable and computer-savvy Testing Proctor. This position involves monitoring and assisting employees from various companies as they complete computer-based safety training and testing in a group computer lab setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist employees with navigating computers and completing online safety training modules.
- Monitor testing sessions to ensure all testing procedures and rules are followed.
- Ensure tests are administered properly and maintain a fair testing environment.
- Provide basic computer assistance and answer questions as needed.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to complete basic tasks and documentation.
Requirements
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Comfortable assisting others with computer navigation and online learning.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor a group and consistently enforce testing rules.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
