Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant on behalf of a CPA office in Marshall, TX.

Job Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the CPA office.

Communicate professionally with clients and staff in person and through email.

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and electronic filing.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize information and maintain records.

Maintain organized files and ensure documents are handled accurately.

Assist with daily office operations and other administrative duties as needed.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
