Job Full Description
Answering phones, scheduling appts. and data entry other duties as required.
Individual is actively involved in patient care by performing such tasks as a new patient interview, education of the patient, therapy application, management of patient flow, aiding with office management by making appointments, maintaining medical records, billing and coding for insurance purposes, faxing, front desk collections, speaking with insurance companies and performing other related tasks. As a Drug Testing Assistant this person will be trained to do both DOT and Non-DOT urine, hair, and nail drug testing, as well as breath alcohol testing.
This person must be friendly, flexible, eager to learn, self-disciplined, trustworthy and can multi-task in a fast pace office.
