Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6pm and may possibly go on call | 4 - 6 week assignment (Temporary)
$20.00/hr
Apartment Maintenance: Maintenance orders, light plumbing, light electrical, light HVAC. Will also be cleaning the grounds, picking up trash, pool work, painting, make ready, will have to clean out the doggy stations/bins. Going in and outside all day, driving golf cart, going up an down stairs on a regular basis.
