Job Full Description
The Customer Service Specialist will create a positive first impression and environment for customers both in person and on the phone, while making every customer’s experience amazing. Being the first “go to”, our customers will interact with to get questions answered, updates on orders, and direct them to the best sales rep to further assist them. Open, clear, professional, and timely communication is paramount to this position. You are expected to have exceptional interpersonal skills and to be always professional and polite when interacting with customers and other team members.
You will also collect payments, mark orders completed, leave thorough and detailed notes on orders, call customers for orders ready to pick up, as well as other office administrative and bookkeeping tasks. You will keep the front office area clean and presentable for the best first impression to clients. The “Ready for Pickup” area with all completed orders needs to stay organized and tidy for quick access to customers' items when they come to pick them up. Our sample displays and shelves need to always stay organized and presentable. The Front Desk Customers Service Specialist will ensure the front area is on point, clean, organized and most presentable for our guests and customers.
Greet all customers in a positive and energetic manner on the phone and in person. Direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Monitor and respond to messages and emails promptly.
Receive all outsourced orders, update ShopVox and contact customers. Contact customers for job pickup (old or new).
Coordinate and organize needed deliveries.
Manage daily incoming deliveries and ensure they are directed to the right departments or customers Receive payments from customers and keep the cash drawer balanced.
Keep the apparel sample section tagged and organized. Make sure the front is always covered.
Assist wherever and whenever is needed.
