Job Full Description
6am-6pm Monday-Friday for now - day by day
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Roll start-up board from exit of the laminator and cutting board at the beginning of each run.
Apply Hot Melt Glue to Risers and place under units
Cut Down Scrap Foam boards into risers
Fabricate Offline Products
Apply Labels to Products/Units.
Operate Film Hooder
Perform routine cleanup in the production area including dust bricks. Keep area neat, clean and organized.
Rotate Tapered Products when necessary
Perform product cut downs using the panel saw.
Assemble standard and vented nail base products including packaging and label requirements.
Dump the trash in the hoppers when full and at the end of the production day. [Requires Forktruck Certification]
Assist Packer Q2 with stacking and packing responsibilities. [Requires Forktruck Certification]
Remove units from process line when necessary.
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Reports to production supervisor and/or shift leader
