*Maintenance Tech*
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on residential properties
- Handle basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks
- Complete sheetrock repair, patching, and minor painting
- Address routine handyman duties such as fixture repairs, installations, and upkeep
