HVAC Technician

Seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with strong customer service and sales abilities. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while also identifying opportunities to recommend system upgrades, replacements, and service agreements. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, trustworthy, and comfortable communicating solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues and provide clear, honest recommendations
• Educate customers on repair options, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance plans
• Present and sell services such as repairs, replacements, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreements
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50–75 pounds
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
• Good manual dexterity for handling tools and small components
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
