P&C License
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance products including auto, home, farm/ranch, and life insurance.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and service to policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
