We are seeking a detail-oriented Help Desk Level 1 professional with a focus on SQL to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of client systems. This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional on-site responsibilities in Carthage, TX. 1-2 years help desk or technical support experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
