We are seeking a CDL Driver / Crane Support Technician to join our team. This role combines commercial driving with hands-on, physical job-site work.
This is not a driving-only position — candidates must be willing to work outdoors, assist with crane operations, and support daily field activities.
What You’ll Do
- Transport cranes, trucks, and equipment safely (Class A CDL required)
- Assist with crane setup and teardown
- Perform rigging and signalperson duties
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and skid steers
- Support daily job-site operations in a team environment
- Work in outdoor conditions year-round
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (manual transmission required — no automatic restriction)
- Clean driving record meeting company/insurance standards
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No disqualifying DOT drug/alcohol violations (per federal guidelines)
- Physically able to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
- Reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Crane or construction experience
- Rigger or signalperson training
- Equipment operation experience (forklift, telehandler, skid steer)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- NCCCO certifications (Operator or Rigger)
