Job Full Description
? Primary responsibility of assisting NPLC director in organization and development of the NPLC.
? Accompanies Director to meetings, conferences, and other networking and training when possible.
? Greets all visitors courteously, decides their needs and meets them if possible.
? Manages all social media and other marketing efforts for the NPLC.
? Responsible for receipt and sorting of mail and for outgoing mail being prepared for delivery.
? Assists in registration of students for classes and other events.
? Types various documents as required.
? Prepares class schedules, PowerPoints, tracking forms, and maintains financial data.
? Schedules appointments for advising, information sessions, conferences and meetings as directed.
? Compiles data and statistical information for reports and special projects as delegated by the Director.
? Performs various secretarial and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
? Other duties as assigned.
The hours for this position will generally be Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Some evenings and weekends might be required.
The hours will change for our summer schedule during the months of May, June and July.
