Now Hiring: General Assemblers – McAllen, South Area
Pay: $12.80/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary depending on workload)
Flexibility Required: Must be available to work Saturdays and adjust to changing hours

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. The assembler will be responsible for assembling parts, components, or products in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards, and any other duties assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products or components according to instructions or blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, or machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Report any defects or malfunctions to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Assist with other tasks in the production line as needed
- Do maintenance duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing/warehouse or assembly experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with hours
