Q/C Inspector 2
Location: Sunnyvale, TX
Pay: $22/hr-$25/hr (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:00pm
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector 2 with 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using measurement tools like calipers and micrometers, with a strong understanding of quality control systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and tests on materials, parts, and products to ensure quality standards.

Accept or reject items that fail to meet specifications and recommend corrective actions.

Measure dimensions using gauges, calipers, and micrometers, and maintain calibrated equipment.

Compare products to blueprints and specifications, ensuring accuracy.

Record inspection data, communicate results with relevant teams, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills:

1-3 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of ASME boiler, pressure vessel, and TEMA codes (preferred).

Familiarity with quality control systems, fabrication, welding, and machining processes.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer specifications.

Understanding of NDE processes and ability to create QA/QC reports.

Experience with ERP systems and interpreting statistical data.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Education Required:
HS Diploma/GED Required
