Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Pay: $60 to $70k per year DOE
Type: Direct Hire
Location: Seagoville, TX
Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client. The Maintenance Technician will be part of the Maintenance team and work toward supporting production activities and special projects and report to the Maintenance Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings;
- Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, and other equipment in the facility as required;
- Ensure equipment and machines operate safely and are in compliance with all safety-related regulations.
- Perform Routine Preventive Maintenance;
- Perform emergency repairs to equipment or machines as needed.
- Fabricate components as required for machinery repairs (cutting and welding);
- Support plant growth by installing new equipment and support services, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines;
- Log repairs as per our preventative maintenance program;
- Complete maintenance request tickets.
- Ability to lead small teams if needed to accomplish tasks.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with 3-phase high voltage systems (3+ years);
- Familiarity with mechanical presses and hydraulic equipment (3+ years);
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates, Spanish/English a strong plus but not required;
- Familiarity with metal processing equipment, particularly presses and heat-treating equipment a strong plus;
- Familiarity with Motoman Robotics is a strong plus;
- Familiarity with E-Maintenance CMMS is a plus.
Qualifications:
Degree from a vocational or community college with related coursework on electrical, mechanical, or equivalent education, with preferred three (3) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
