We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Supervisor for our client. This position reports to the Plant General Manager and is supported by area leads and maintenance.

Pay: up to $25/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 5:00AM - 5:00PM Friday – Sunday (OT as needed)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production, materials, equipment, and tooling to ensure efficiency and project schedules are maintained.
- Coordinate activities related to quality, safety, and production, including financial performance of the facility.
- Interview, hire, and train direct reports; plan, assign, and direct work; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Maximize manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain relationships and work closely with the materials team to ensure material levels are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of lead experience in the manufacturing industry. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Associate Degree.
