We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for our client. This position reports to the Plant General Manager and is supported by area leads and maintenance.

Pay: up to $110k Annually (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Mon to Fri; 5 AM to 3 PM

Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
- Inspect facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality.
- Plan and oversee repair and installation activities.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, etc.).
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders as needed.
- Control maintenance expenses and manage the budget.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain maintenance logs and report daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
- Ability to track and report activities.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Kaizen, or other lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience with TPM and 5S programs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended hours as needed.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- High energy level and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to assist in developing the annual CAPEX plan and plant operating budget.
- Knowledge of e-Maintenance programs and PLC programming is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in progressively responsible manufacturing maintenance roles, with an emphasis on high-volume metal fabrication (e.g., forming, cutting, welding) and assembly.
