Pay: $19.13 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday 5:00 am - 3:00pm (some OT as needed)

We are currently seeking an Maintenance Helper to join our team!
Responsibilities

Assist maintenance technicians in repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems
-
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing filters, replacing lights, tightening fixtures, and cleaning components
-
Support in conducting routine inspections of equipment and tools
-
Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites within the facility

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas
-
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
-
Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors
-
Help set up and break down equipment for maintenance tasks
Required Capabilities
-
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
6+ months of maintenance or general labor experience (industrial or commercial setting preferred)
-
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
-
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Other
- Ability to bend, reach and frequently lift up to 50 lb. is required
- PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe boots) must be worn at all times on the floor.
- Shorts and sleeveless shirts prohibited.
- A background and drug screen will be administered
