Location: Dallas, TX 75227
Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (with OT as needed)

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for utility billing for clients, ensuring accurate and effective billing of all contracted services, including billing analysis, reporting and resident invoicing using various resources and company specific software.
Responsibilities
- Complete accurate and timely billing using a variety of tools and company specific software.
- Complete billing processes with demonstrated accuracy and speed.
- Function skillfully and knowingly in the following: billing system, billing process, production tools or resource expert.
- Support Account Management and Customer Service regarding billing information, questions, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Meet departmental goals with timely and accurate billing processes.
- Independently capable of managing production, in addition to supporting team as needed.
- Comply with and help develop departmental SOPs.
Requirements
- Flexible with consistent change and continual process improvement
- AR/AP skills 3+ years
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate work product.
- Intermediate Excel and Word proficiency.
- Proven research and analytical skills.
- Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
- Solid work ethic and high level of professional integrity.
- Ability to develop exceptional client and customer relationships.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
