Job Title: General Laborer (Bilingual Preferred – Spanish/English)
Location: Seagoville, TX
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed)
We are searching for a dependable General Laborer to support our woodworking and production operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), has hands-on experience in carpentry or handyman work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the production and assembly of product
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Perform general shop duties including sanding, prepping, and moving materials
Support skilled craftsmen as needed.
Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times
Skills & Requirements:
Bilingual – Spanish and English preferred
Physically strong with the ability to lift heavy materials consistently
Previous experience in woodworking, construction, or handyman work is highly preferred
Strong work ethic and ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work some Saturdays when required
Willingness to learn and adapt in a shop environment
